Puyallup's first Cohousing Community

Welcome to Puyallup Cohousing

where we will turn an old raspberry farm by the river into a high-functioning neighborhood that provides traditional amenities, as well as shared facilities that offer social, practical, economic, and environmental benefits.

Located on 17 acres of farmland, Puyallup Cohousing offers a variety of amenities fit for an array of people.  Whether you’re a nature lover who wants access to nearby trails and live lightly on the planet, a parent looking for a safe place to raise your children, a senior wanting to have an active social life, a member of historically disadvantaged communities (LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, neural diverse, others) looking for a loving community, or just someone who shares our values of people care, planet care, and fair share – we just might be the right place for you.

Our community will have private homes and shared amenities, all of which are still to be designed.  Would you love to have access to a pool, sauna, exercise studio, greenhouse, workshop, dog run, or something else?  This is a fantastic time to get involved if you want to help design our future neighborhood.

Explore our website to learn about cohousing, the community we’re creating, the land we’ll develop and preserve, and how to join our group.
